Similar to an on-site medical assistant, a Medical Virtual Assistant works remotely handling clinical and administrative tasks for healthcare practitioners.
What tasks do your MVAs perform?
Our MVAs are trained in EMR management, medical billing/coding, eligibility and benefits verifications, answering the phones, processing prior authorization requests, and other tasks specific to your practice.
Do you and your MVAs comply with HIPAA policies?
